2. Return and Refund Process

2.1 For Orders That Have Not Yet Been Shipped

2.2 For Orders That Have Already Been Shipped or Delivered

  2. Return Approval – If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Product Back – The item must be sent back within 7 days after approval. Customers must provide a return tracking number for verification.

Note: Refund processing times may be longer during promotional or holiday periods.

3. Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the same process as a return. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship out the replacement. If the replacement product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.
  • Defective or wrong items: We will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement for free.
  • Customer-initiated exchanges (e.g., wrong size, color preference change): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
